Continuing Education

These Play Therapy Seminars are co-sponsored by The Family Enhancement and Play Therapy Center Inc., which is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists.  The FEAPT Center maintains responsibility for this program and its contents.  The Family Enhancement and Play Therapy Center is approved by the National Board for Certified Counselors (#5732) to offer continuing education credits to counselors.  The FEAPT  Center follows all CE guidelines.  It is also approved by the Association for Play Therapy (95-014) to offer continuing education specific to play therapy.  The Play Therapy Training Institute is approved as a provider of continuing education for the New Jersey Board of Social Work.  The FEAPT Center is approved by the California Board  of Behavioral Science (PCE-989).  The Maryland Board of Social Work Examiners certifies that each day-long program meets the criteria for 6 hours of Category 1 continuing education for social workers and associates licensed in Maryland.  We have a number of other state social work approvals.  (Pennsylvania social workers will need to obtain pre-approval from their own licensing boaed).  Six (6) continuing education credits will be awarded to participants who attend each day-long workshop.  Partial credit cannot be given.  No exceptions can be made to this policy.  Direct questions about registration and workshops to 609-448-2145.
